During the Critics Choice Film Awards last night, Samantha Ruth Prabhu wore an eye-catching gown. Stunningly dressed for the occasion, she turned heads with her impeccable style on the red carpet. She even called her ensemble one of her ‘most favorite looks’ and gave credit to stylist Preetham Jukalker for creating the pretty look.
Samantha shared images of herself wearing a green and black spaghetti-strap dress on her Instagram account Thursday night. Featuring their signature design details, this dress boasts a long train that gives it queen-like vibes, coming from the shelves of the fashion label of ace designer duo Gauri and Nainika.
With barely-there spaghetti straps, a plunging neckline and back, a figure-hugging silhouette that highlighted her figure, floral sequinned embellishments and applique work, and an ankle-length hem, Samantha’s gown is the epitome of luxury. Samantha’s gown featured a rich velvety black shade on the torso, and a stunning green hue on the skirt.
Also attached to Samantha’s dress was a long floor-sweeping train of champagne-green silk. As for the jewellery, she chose dainty pearl ear studs for the night. She paired the standout ensemble with black strappy high heels.
