Chris Hemsworth’s No-Equipment Exercises

Chris Hemsworths No Equipment Exercises

It is impossible to describe Chris Hemsworth’s fine physique and his sculpted muscles other than as a true fitness freak. He looks like the Norse God Thor, who he plays onscreen.

He often posts photos and videos of his workouts and training regime on his social media accounts, motivating his fans to follow his fit lifestyle. Chris is undoubtedly one of the best-looking actors in tinsel town and has undoubtedly one of the best bodies.

Earlier this year, The Avengers: Endgame star posted another video where he demonstrated some exercise routines which he called “no equipment burners”, encouraging people to try them out before indulging in New Year treats.

Even though the New Year has already begun, you can still implement the following exercises if you want to make fitness one of your New Year’s resolutions. They are incredibly effective yet do not need any special equipment and can be done anywhere.

During the video, Chris begins with a Bear Crawl in which he crawls on all fours for 40 seconds before moving on to switch movements, which he does again for another 40 seconds. Next, he performs flutter kicks, prisoner squats, tricep pushes, mountain climbers to elbows, butterfly sit-ups, burpees, sit-throughs, and plank jack push-ups for a duration of 40 seconds each. As part of his post, he also detailed the entire training routine as well as the length of each exercise.
