Bringing out content-focused films has never been a problem for the Malayalam film industry.
Recently, a small-budget movie called “Jaya Jaya Jaya Jaya Hey” came out and did well. On a budget of 5 crores, the film took in more than 40 crores.
OTT platform Disney Plus Hotstar is set to premiere the film on the 22nd of December. It was just announced by the digital platform. However, there were no updates on other languages. Among the stars of Jaya Jaya Jaya Jaya Hey are Basil Joseph, Darshana Rajendran, and Aju Varghese.
Featuring a sarcastic take on a social issue, this film is directed by Vipin Das. A stunning performance by Darshana from Hridayam attracted audiences. It’s produced by Lakshmi Warrier and Ganesh Menon.
