Malayalam film Hridayam, which is starring Pranav Mohanlal, has finally set a release date. The romantic drama will hit cinemas on January 21, 2022. Pranav He is the son of the legendary actor Mohanlal.
Sharing the news on Twitter, Mohanlal wrote, “I am delighted to announce that ‘Hridayam’ will release in theatres worldwide on the 21st of January 2022, through @MerrylandCine in India and @PharsFilm overseas. Directed by #VineethSreenivasan Produced by @visakhsub #Hridayam #worldwidetheatricalrelease.”
Among other actors who star in the movie are Kalyani Priyadarshan and Darshana Rajendran, the film is written and directed by Vineeth Sreenivasan. Hisham Abdul Wahab has composed the background score for the film, which was funded by Visakh Subramaniam of Merryland Cinemas. Viswajith Odukkathil has taken care of the cinematography and editing has been done by Ranjan Abraham.
Vineeth Sreenivasan and his wife were inspired by their college days and beyond to create the story for Hridyam. In fact, the film was even shot at KCG College of Technology in Chennai, the same college where the two studied.
