According to reports, renowned Indian actor Kamal Haasan has been hospitalized after testing positive for Covid-19, following a trip to the US.
On November 22, the “Chachi 420” actor took to Twitter to share the bad news. “There was a slight cough after returning from the US. A government infection was confirmed on examination,” he wrote.
He further explained that he is currently isolated at a hospital in Chennai, and that his experience has made him realize the pandemic is not over yet. He urged people to take every precaution possible.
He received his positive diagnosis only a few days after his return from the US, where he launched a clothing line called Kamal’s House of Khaddar.
Besides shooting for his upcoming film “Vikram”, Haasan has also hosted episodes of “Bigg Boss Tamil Season 5”.
