Rihanna is wearing 2022’s top color trend before the year has even begun. She attended A$AP Rocky’s ComplexCon performance wearing a saffron-red look from head to toe on Sunday. A top from Maximilian’s S/S 22 runway collection was styled with a matching coat from Vetements, Gucci handbag, and Manolo Blahnik sandals designed by the Savage x Fenty founder
Throughout the spring 2022 fashion season, this vibrant color was seen not just in the recent show by Maximilian, but also at numerous other shows, such as Helmut Lang, LaQuan Smith, Proenza Schouler, Kwaidan Editions, and Prada.
Loewe, Moschino, Kenneth Ize, and Oscar de la Renta all carried the shade. Clearly, it’s going to be a color to watch next year. As usual, Rihanna has the jump on the rest of us.
A$AP Rocky took the stage for two days at the event, which was held in Long Beach, California. The 33-year-old billionaire attended the event to show support for her boyfriend. Rihanna announced that limited edition vinyl copies of her first eight studio albums will be available for preorder on her website, shoprihanna.com, ahead of her appearance at the annual festival.
