As of today, Worlds’s tallest and largest observation wheel, Ain Dubai will be closed until further notice.
According to an announcement posted on Friday on Instagram, Ain Dubai said: “Due to the adverse weather conditions of significant wind gusts, we have been advised that it is not safe to operate Ain Dubai today.”
In an earlier forecast, the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) said strong winds and rough seas were expected across the UAE. The National Centre of Meteorology is forecasting winds of more than 55km/h and waves up to 10 feet high.
A dust alert was also issued nationwide, warning of reduced visibility due to dust.
Ain Dubai will honor affected tickets for seven days (until January 28) upon presentation of the tickets. If further clarification is needed, guests can contact Ain Dubai at [email protected] and provide their PNR number.
