There is no doubt that the Yas Bay Waterfront is one of the hottest, coolest, and most glamorous leisure districts in Abu Dhabi. But now there is an even more exciting, slightly Bond-like way to get there – riding a water shuttle.
The Yellow Boats, an overwater tour operator highly regarded in the UAE, is now offering the service. Transfers are available from and to Yas Marina, Al Bandar, and Al Muneera on Al Raha Beach. The price is Dhs5 (under 12s ride free) and the speed is limited to 10 knots. A total of 20 passengers will be accommodated on each boat.
Two shuttles will operate between 2 pm and 10 pm, offering direct Mainland to Yas routes, the other will dock at all stops between 5 pm and 11 pm. Circuits take about 40 minutes to complete, so there will never be too much waiting time.
