There is now an official Apple polishing cloth available to gently clean over a dozen Apple products.
It is compatible with iPhones from the first generation SE to the current iPhone 13, iPads from the first Mini generation to the sixth, and MacBook and iMac models since 2012, Apple Watches from the 1st generation to the 7th generation, iPods from the 4th generation to the 7th generation Touch and Pro Display XR.
In spite of its fabric not explicitly being stated, Apple shares on its website that it is made from “soft, nonabrasive material” and has a minimal logo in the right corner.
When cleaning Apple’s nano-texture glass option on the Pro Display XDR and 27-inch iMac, caution is generally advised, but the new polishing cloth can be used on them as well.
We don’t know how large the plain white cloth is because Apple doesn’t list its specifications.
