A peculiar drone bed inspired by the DRL Racer4 quadcopter that is being raced by the pilots for this year’s DRL World Championship season has been released ahead of the holiday season.

The beds are available in twin and full sizes and feature red LED lights encircling the bed, spinning propellor pillows made of high-density foam, and a fiberboard frame painted with scratch-resistant furniture paint. Additionally, a TV mount can also be added at the end of the bed upon request, and goggles that resemble First Person View drones are included with the package.

Dimensions of the drone bed:
Twin: 80” length x 38” width (102” total) x 28” height
Full: 80” length x 53” width

Designed in the same style as DRL’s Racer4, the DRL Drone Bed is a limited-edition, made-to-order drone bed. The ultimate holiday gift, the Drone Bed features LED lights surrounding the bed, propeller pillows, sleep masks designed like drone goggles, and a TV mount at the end of the bed (so you can watch DRL all season-long).

Drone Racing League websites now sell made-to-order drone beds for $25,000 USD. The beds are expected to arrive approximately 2-4 months after ordering.
