The Ministry of Public Health in Qatar has added the UK and the UAE to its red list.
As of Monday, November 15, there are 21 countries on Qatar’s red list, and ten on the exceptional red list.
Red-list countries’ citizens who have received vaccinations will not be required to quarantine, while non-vaccinated citizens must quarantine at home for seven days.
Visitors who have been vaccinated must book a quarantine hotel and complete a PCR test on arrival. Visitors will need to quarantine for two days, or until a negative PCR test result is received.
A visitor who has not been vaccinated must stay in a hotel for seven days, unless they have first-degree relatives living in Qatar and are arriving via pre-issued family visas, in which case they may quarantine at home upon arrival.
